1. Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and many more countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 15–25 business days to all destinations worldwide.

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order online anytime.

4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us at support@smluxe.shop to start a return.

5. What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes XS through 3XL. Please refer to our Size Guide page for detailed measurements before ordering.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@smluxe.shop if you need to make changes.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We are so sorry if this happens! Please contact us at support@smluxe.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and we will make it right immediately.
